Report a concern

If a memorial is inaccurate, has been created without the family's agreement, or contains something that should not be there, tell us at support@your-domain.co.uk with the page address and what is wrong. We will contact the person who manages it and, where the page is clearly harmful or unlawful, take it down while we look into it.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first.

Accessibility

We want the pages to work for everyone, including older relatives, people using a screen reader, and people on a slow connection. If something is hard to read, press, or understand on a phone, tell us what you saw and which device you were using. We treat accessibility reports as urgent.

Arabic text is shown right-to-left with a proper Arabic face, and the condolence line appears on every memorial and memorial post.

Mosques and organisations

If you run a mosque, an Islamic centre, or a community group, we can help you use The Cherished for announcements your congregation receives. Write to support@your-domain.co.uk and tell us roughly how many announcements a month you handle, and we will talk through how to set it up.
